By only having one rate, no tie-in and a commitment to fair fees, whether Sole or Multiple Agency, you can appoint your agent(s) with confidence based on what works for you. Our different approach allows you the freedom to choose us as your agent without the worry of additional fees or lengthy tie-in periods.

 

With our Giving Back promise If we sell your property, you won’t just be saving with our 0.5% rate (subject to a minimum £2000 fee), but to celebrate we will give back to a local charity of your choice. This ensures we support our community where it matters most to you.

Why Pinnacle?

We have a ‘can do’ ethos and invest heavily in local advertising and marketing using both digital and traditional styles to ensure your property reaches the widest audience. 

What we do:

 

  • We utilise an award winning creative agency to ensure our website, digital marketing and social media content are consistent, relevant and fresh

 

  • Parish magazines – we have full page marketing in the June / July quarterly editions of: Capital, La Cloche, L’Amarrage, Les Laurentins, Les Clefs, Les Nouvelles de St Martin, Trinity Tattler, Le Etaile du Nord, Matters and Our Island

 

  • Places.je – properties are listed on the website and all enquiries forwarded to us 

 

  • JEP / Homelife advertising

 

  • Places Islander magazine – listed properties feature in every edition

 

  • We engage with several local photographers depending on their area of expertise, so we can shape the way we work to show your property to its full potential

 

  • We do aerial photography and videography

 

  • Advertise in ‘Rural’ Jersey Country Life magazine

 

  • We ‘give back’ – for every property we sell, we give a percentage of our fee back to a local charity of your choice

What we won’t do:

 

  • Ask you to sign a lengthy ‘Sole Agency’ agreement. Why? Because this means you could be ‘tied-in’ to having just one Estate Agency represent you for anywhere between typically 12 – 16 weeks. What if you are unhappy with your Agent? We don’t understand how the tie-ins included in Sole Agency agreements are beneficial to you.

 

  • We won’t raise our rate of 0.5%* if you choose to have a ‘Multi-agency’ agreement. Why? Because imagine a scenario whereby you could only purchase from one retailer for the next 16 weeks and were charged extra if you shopped elsewhere. This goes against our ethos of being ethical and transparent to fair and open competition. We put you first.

*Our 0.5% fee (subject to a minimum £2000) is only payable if we sell your property. There are no upfront fees or catches.
